Packs Terms & Conditions

These Packs Terms & Conditions (the Packs Terms) apply when you open packs or play the draw on ExA Cup, and when you earn, hold, spend, or redeem any voucher, Virtual Item, or prize connected with them.

The Packs Terms form part of, and are incorporated into, our Website Terms of Service, which continue to apply. The defined terms used here have the same meaning as in the Website Terms.

If there is any conflict between the Website Terms and these Packs Terms, the Website Terms govern except where a matter is dealt with specifically in these Packs Terms.

By opening a pack, playing the draw, or earning, holding, spending, or redeeming any voucher or Virtual Item, you confirm that you accept these Packs Terms and the Website Terms.

Pack means a virtual box, case, or bundle that reveals one or more items when opened.

Draw means the in-Platform draw or spin game in which a ticket determines the outcome.

Voucher means the in-Platform credit used to open packs or play the draw.

Earned Voucher means a voucher granted to you free of charge through play, activity, tournaments, referrals, or promotions. Earned Vouchers can never be bought or sold.

Purchasable Credit means any separate credit sold for real value, where and only where we offer it. It is sold solely to access entertainment features and is itself non-redeemable and non-cashable.

Virtual Item means any item, voucher, coin, credit, spin, point, pack, or other virtual thing made available through packs or the draw.

Provably Fair means the commit-and-reveal mechanism described on our Provably Fair page, by which an outcome can be independently verified.

You open packs and play the draw using Vouchers. No deposit or purchase is required to play: you can obtain Earned Vouchers entirely through activity on the Platform, and, where offered, you may use Purchasable Credit.

Outcomes are determined by the mechanism described on the Platform, including the Provably Fair process. The reveal animation shown when a pack or draw is opened is illustrative only and may not correspond to, or predict, the item actually revealed.

Images of packs, items, and prizes are for illustration only and may differ from the actual item.

Earned Vouchers are granted free, open only the capped packs and draw options we designate, can never be bought or sold, and are not cash and carry no cash value until used as permitted by these Packs Terms.

Where a Purchasable Credit is offered, it is sold solely to access entertainment features and is itself non-redeemable and non-cashable. Purchasable Credit does not change what an Earned Voucher can do, and Earned Vouchers can never be obtained by purchase.

This origin-based firewall is structural and cannot be bypassed: an Earned Voucher never becomes a Purchasable Credit, and a Purchasable Credit never becomes a redeemable balance.

Except where an item is expressly designated as redeemable in accordance with these Packs Terms, Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not money, are not deposits, are not your property, and confer only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them on the Platform.

Earned Vouchers and items granted from them cannot be purchased and are not exchangeable for cash except, where offered, through the redemption process and subject to all conditions, minimums, verification, and limits we set.

Virtual Items expire after the period we set (for example, a limited number of days after they are granted), after which any unused balance is forfeited without compensation. We may set, vary, or remove expiry periods at any time.

We may grant, adjust, reduce, suspend, expire, revoke, or remove any Virtual Item or balance at any time, including to correct errors, to enforce these Packs Terms, or to address suspected fraud or abuse, without notice and without liability to you.

The odds, drop rates, prices, return percentages, prize tiers, probabilities, and amounts, and other parameters of any pack, draw, or feature are set by us and may be changed at any time. Where odds are published, the published odds reflect the live odds at the time of play, and changes apply only to play after the change.

Outcomes are determined by the mechanism described on the Platform, including the Provably Fair process. Past completed outcomes remain valid and are not affected by later changes.

When you open a pack, you will always receive experience points (XP) and/or one or more items whose combined fair market value is equal to or greater than the value of the voucher or credit used. Free packs are offered as promotions and are subject to these Packs Terms and to any additional conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Redemption. You may request redemption of eligible items in accordance with the options available on the Platform and on our Redemption Policy page. We may impose limits and conditions on redemption.

Identification and KYC. Completing identity verification (KYC) is a condition of any payout. Before we fulfil a redemption we may require your full name, address, a government-issued identification document, and proof of address, and any further verification we consider necessary.

Delivery and Fees. Where an item is delivered physically, you are responsible for all delivery charges, import duties, customs fees, and taxes. We are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities.

Delays and Loss. Delivery times are estimates only. Where an item is lost in transit, our liability is limited to re-supply or to crediting the value of the item to your Account, at our discretion, subject to the carrier's investigation.

Damaged or Faulty Items. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us promptly with supporting evidence so that we can arrange a remedy in accordance with applicable law.

You may, where the option is offered, sell eligible items back for their value in Account credit, or withdraw such value to a supported cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address; we are not liable for any loss arising from an incorrect address.

Minimum amounts, fees, network conditions, and enhanced due-diligence checks may apply to any exchange or withdrawal. We may delay, decline, or reverse an exchange where required by law or to investigate suspected misuse.

We may offer ways to earn Earned Vouchers and Virtual Items through activity such as watching streams, completing tasks, daily streaks, referrals, and participation. Eligibility, earn rates, streak rules, and rewards are determined by us and may change at any time.

Earning is subject to limits, including daily, weekly, and per-account caps, which may apply and which we are not obliged to disclose. Rewards that exceed any applicable limit may be withheld or voided.

To confirm genuine activity, we may monitor your session, including whether a stream is in focus and audible, your interaction and presence, device and network signals, and other anti-fraud indicators. By participating, you consent to this monitoring. We may withhold or void rewards, and suspend earning, where we detect inactivity, automation, spoofing, multiple accounts, or other manipulation.

Bonuses, promotions, and rewards are offered at our discretion and are subject to these Packs Terms and to any specific conditions published with the offer. We may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and may void bonuses obtained through abuse, fraud, or breach of these Packs Terms.

We may withhold, delay, reduce, forfeit, or reverse any prize, payout, balance, or redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, collusion, multiple accounts, bonus or reward abuse, or breach of these Packs Terms, or where required for verification, security, legal, or sanctions reasons. We pay verified, eligible winners, and we are not obliged to pay where these conditions are not met.

Completing identity verification (KYC) is a condition of any payout. We may require it before, and as a condition of, fulfilling any redemption.

Packs and the draw are for entertainment. Outcomes involve chance and there is no guarantee of winning. You should only participate with time, and with any credit you use for entertainment, that you can afford. See our Responsible Play page for the tools and limits available to you.

The Platform is not available to anyone under 18. If you believe your participation is becoming harmful, you should stop and seek support.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or permanently discontinue any pack, draw, feature, promotion, prize, or Virtual Item, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice, without compensation, and without liability to you.

On discontinuation we may, but are not obliged to, allow a period to use or redeem eligible balances. Virtual Items that are not redeemable, or that are not redeemed within any period we allow, are forfeited.

Incorporation. These Packs Terms incorporate the Website Terms of Service. Provisions on limitation of liability, indemnification, amendment, severability, governing language, and dispute resolution in the Website Terms apply to these Packs Terms as if set out here.

Language. These Packs Terms are issued in English, which is the authoritative and prevailing version. Any translation is provided solely to assist understanding.
